SPED 4002 - Instructional Strategies for Teaching Students with Disabilities in General Education Settings: 3
Successful completion of State Certification Exams (GACE II) in both (2) areas of concentration:
(011) Middle Grades Language Arts
(013) Middle Grades Mathematics
(014) Middle Grades Science
(015) Middle Grades Social Studies
15 hours of undergraduate content in each concentration area are required, with at least 9 of those hours at the junior (3000) level or higher. Areas of content weakness will be addressed as prerequisites.
State Certification Exams (GACE II) in both content areas must be passed prior to student teaching.
